Akshay is a hands-on professional with expertise in SQL, IIS Web server, networking, API, XML, and other relevant technologies. In his previous roles at Matrix Comsec, Akshay was responsible for concluding escalated cases for the India region, designing and implementing complex database integrations, and leading the L1 ACTA team. He has also worked as a Senior Engineer in Technical Support, where he led the West region support for ACTA domain and improved the technical efficiency of L1 engineers. Akshay has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from BITS Pilani and completed his 12th from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
